I'm based in Lancashire just on the edges of the Peak District in the UK. I began my photography in 2020 during 'lockdown'. However, my interest and love for nature started much earlier. I remember driving to school one morning and seeing a Deer for the first time when I was maybe 15, my first comment was "is that a massive hare"... I could not believe it. I had gone all my life watching Natgeo wild and BBC Countryfile wishing there was wildlife to see near me. When I was 16 in 2020 that's when I began exploring the local patch. Roe Deer, foxes, badgers, tawny owls, herons followed and I've been photographing it all ever since. My earliest photographs were often blurry, out of focus, with poor composition, you name it.

Going on 6 years later I still have a love for the natural world and capturing it through a camera. I've sold prints and won nature photography awards in my age group and even ran a few workshops of my own.

My favourite location to  photograph wildlife is firstly around my own home, it feels like I know the animals here now but in joint first... the Isle of Skye on the West coast of Scotland, there is just an abundance of wildlife there in some of the most dramatic landscapes to be found in the UK. Looking forward I hope to continue to share my work and find my way in  the wildlife photography industry and hopefully I will see some of you out there with me.
